Basic 1-Year Japan Warranty

All watches purchased include either a standard 1-year warranty or a Japan-only warranty, depending on the model. The Japan-only warranty is applicable exclusively within Japan and offers coverage specific to the region. Please note that certain watches are Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) models, which are manufactured for sale within Japan ONLY and may not be eligible for international warranty coverage. We recommend verifying warranty terms for your specific model prior to purchase to ensure a clear understanding of its coverage.

Repairs covered under the Japan-only warranty must be carried out within Japan. If your watch requires servicing, kindly return it to us for an initial evaluation. Upon receiving the item, we will conduct a thorough assessment of the issue and provide you with a detailed estimate of the repair costs. Once you confirm approval, we will proceed with the necessary repairs in Japan, ensuring adherence to the warranty's regional terms and conditions.

Customers are solely responsible for covering all shipping and handling expenses associated with repair services, regardless of whether the repair falls under the warranty period. These costs include the transportation of the product to and from the designated service location and any applicable handling fees. Kindly ensure that all shipping arrangements are made accordingly.
