Seiko Prospex 2022 "Save The Ocean" Special Edition 1965 62MAS Modern Re-interpretation Automatic 200M Diver
SPB297
(JDM Version Model: SBDC165)
The 2022 Seiko Prospex "Save The Ocean" Special Edition is coming. The Blue team featured modern re-interpretations of three legendary Seiko diver's watches, the designs are inspired by the glaciers that shape the landscapes and seascapes of the Arctic and Antarctic and are beautifully reflected on the dials of each piece.
The SPB297 is a Modern Re-interpretation of the "Father" of all Seiko's diver's watches, the first-ever Japanese-made diver's watch launched in 1965, it proved its reliability when used in the Antarctic during the 60s and laid a successful path to the development of the other later iconic Seiko diver's watches, fans usually refer to it as the "62MAS".
The Deep Blue patterned dial on SPB297 reflects the beautiful texture and scenery of the Arctic iceberg.
