The all-new Casio G-Shock Mudmaster GWG-2000 series model launched in 2021 was created especially for taking on the most challenging terrain, designed to handle the harshest, roughest on-land environments.

Now in 2022, a very special collaboration between Casio G-Shock and the Toyota Auto Body Team Land Cruiser was inspired by this veteran of the toughest race in the world, the Dakar Rally. The Team Land Cruiser at Toyota Auto Body Co., Ltd. was a manufacturer of minivans, commercial vehicles, and SUVs in the TOYOTA group, the division has participated in the Dakar Rally every year since 1995.

The GWG-2000TLC-1A was designed to evoke the Land Cruiser after an intense day speeding across the desert, the band features a mud and sand splatter pattern. Laser engraving on the black ion-plated stainless steel bezel and buckle further the motif.
