Meticulously hand assembled and finished at our esteemed production facility in Yamagata, Japan, this watch exudes boldness and power, accentuated by a translucent purple band and steel hardware.
The MTG-B3000PRB-1AJR showcases a newly developed top bezel coated with rainbow IP, featuring stainless steel that has undergone recrystallization and deep hardening treatments. Each individual watch possesses a unique recrystallized pattern and rainbow IP coloration, resulting in a model that effortlessly combines durability, style, and rare distinctiveness.
This limited edition timepiece showcases a stainless steel bezel that undergoes recrystallization and deep-layer hardening processes, followed by rainbow ion plating. Inspired by the captivating patterns of the aurora borealis, the grainy pattern of the steel bezel ensures that each watch is truly one of a kind. Additionally, rainbow IP is applied to sections of the stainless steel 3D case back, extending to the sides and front of the watch. The buckle features a purple IP, while the band keeper boasts a brown IP. Notably, this is the first G-Shock model to feature recrystallized stainless steel parts following the success of the 40th Anniversary Recrystallized 5000 Series.
The stainless steel back cover undergoes Rainbow IP coating, followed by meticulous polishing, allowing the convex parts to reveal the stainless steel base. The watch is paired with a soft urethane band in a striking new purple hue, complemented by a brown IP free ring and a beautiful purple IP lock.
Measuring at length 51.9mm, width 50.9mm, and height 12.1mm, with a weight of 111g, the MTG-B3000PRB-1AJR shares the same impressive functionalities and performance as the base model. These include the solar charging system known as Tough Solar, multi-band 6 compatibility with radio clocks from six stations worldwide, and the convenient mobile link function.
