To commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Monster Hunter, Capcom organized special events, collaborations, and releases throughout the year. One of the standout collaborations is with Seiko, a renowned watchmaker known for their exceptional timepieces. Seiko has proudly announced the launch of four special limited edition watches inspired by iconic monsters from the Monster Hunter franchise.
Alatreon, a legendary Elder Dragon, is known for its control over multiple elemental attributes. It can switch between fire, ice, thunder, and dragon elements during battle, making it a formidable challenge for hunters. The Seiko x Alatreon watch captures the essence of this "Blazing Black Dragon" with its solid black design and stamping based on the motif of the inverted scales that cover Alatreon's body.
The embossed dial resembles Alatreon's sharp inverted scales, and the index features alternating gold and silver motifs associated with the sortoise horn that grows on Alatreon's head. The subdial expresses three state changes in color: fire activation, dragon activation, and ice activation, representing Alatreon's elemental prowess. The back cover of the watch is engraved with the Alatreon icon, 20th anniversary logo, and limited edition number, adding to its exclusivity.
This special edition chronograph watch is presented in a very special design packaging box with the artwork of the respetive monster imprinted. The watch is made in Japan which is a guarantee of quality. This is a limited 2000 pieces special model as engraved at the case back and is only available for ordering in Japan!!
